How Dona works
Shopping, live.
On Dona, sellers go live and show their products in real time. This is how it works.
02Discover
Find a seller who's live
Fashion, tech, beauty, home, kids, sport — every stream is a door into another seller's shop.
03Watch
See the real thing
The seller brings the product right up to the camera. Not a studio photo — the real product, live.
04Ask
Ask. Hear the answer on air
Type your question in the chat — the seller answers straight away, on the stream.
05Tap
Tap it. It's in your cart.
The seller pins the product to the stream. Tap it on screen — it drops straight into your cart.
06Pay
Pay your way
Click, Payme, Humo, Uzcard or cash on delivery. The methods available for your order are shown at checkout.
07Receive
Follow it to your door
Track your order's status in the app — from packing to the moment it's in your hands.
