This Annex forms an integral part of the Seller Services Agreement (Public Offer) and is read together with it. It sets out what the Operator charges, how it is calculated, and how settlement works.
This Annex carries its own revision date. Any change to it is announced on the platform at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect (ЗРУ-792 art. 13). The body of the Agreement is unchanged by such a revision.
1. Commission
Commission is set per product category and is shown in the Seller Dashboard for each product and category.
⭐ This Annex states no fixed percentage. The applicable rate is the rate shown in the Dashboard at the time of sale, and the platform snapshots that rate for each completed Order. Accordingly:
- a change to a rate takes effect forwards only and never restates an Order that has already been settled;
- the Seller Dashboard is the single source of truth for the rate in force.
The Operator may set a reduced rate for a particular Seller, a group of Sellers or a region, either time-boxed or standing. Any such reduction is visible in the Dashboard.
2. Delivery fee
The delivery fee is shown to the Buyer at checkout and varies by region, weight and the service selected.
The Operator may, at its own cost, make delivery wholly or partly free (campaigns, vouchers). The Seller's Proceeds are not reduced when it does.
3. VAT
VAT is applied to the Commission where the Operator's applicable tax regime requires it, and is shown separately on the commission invoice. Amounts shown in the Dashboard are exclusive of any such VAT unless the invoice says otherwise.
4. Settlement and payouts
- Proceeds are credited to the Seller's Balance in full when the Order is paid.
- Commission and fees are not deducted from Proceeds — they are invoiced as a receivable for each settlement period.
- The available Balance is paid out to the Seller's nominated card or bank account on the schedule and thresholds shown in the Dashboard.
- No reserve and no rolling hold apply. Introducing one would be a change to this Annex and would take effect only after the thirty-day notice above.
5. Statement and objection window
A Statement is made available in the Seller Dashboard for each settlement period.
The Seller may object to a Statement within 5 (five) business days. If no objection is received within that window, the Statement is deemed accepted. No signed act is required. An objection raised in time is answered before the Statement is treated as final.
