Kivi Campaign Rules

1. Amounts and timers

The Kivi amount, validity and countdown of each campaign are as shown in the app. They differ from campaign to campaign, so no figures are written here: the amount and deadline offered to you appear in the app, in the Kivi collection screen and on the balance page.

Kivi is valid until the deadline shown in the app. After it, unused Kivi expires.

2. The welcome gift

• The welcome gift is received once per person (phone number) and once per installed app.
• If an account is deleted or the number is changed, the number counts as new again after 1 month — within that month it cannot receive the gift again.
• While the app stays installed, the installation remains bound.

3. Inviting a friend

• When a friend joins through your invite link, the friend gets their bonus.
• Your Kivi arrives 24 hours after the friend's first order is delivered by the courier. If that order is cancelled or returned within those 24 hours, the pending Kivi is removed and the reason is shown.
• There is no limit on the number of friends you can invite.
• A seller's own "delivered" mark does not count: only courier delivery does.

4. Not both

You get the bigger of the welcome gift and the invite bonus, never both. The reward you earn for inviting a friend is not affected.

5. How Kivi is used

• 1 Kivi = 1 som off, but Kivi has no cash value: it cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn or transferred to another person.
• Kivi pays up to 50 % of a basket; the rest is paid as usual.
• If an order paid with Kivi is cancelled or returned, the Kivi is returned or removed according to the rules.

6. Fraud and Dona's decision

If one person or device tries to receive a gift more than once, or Kivi is obtained through fake accounts or self-invitation, that Kivi is not granted or is removed. Dona's decision is final; your right to ask for a review at hello@dona.uz remains.

7. Changing or stopping a campaign

Dona may change, pause or stop any campaign. Kivi already granted and still valid stays until the deadline shown in the app. Changes are published in the app and on this page.

8. Privacy

If you join through someone's link or pick them in "Who invited you?", you and they follow each other; they can see your name, your username, that you joined and that your first order was delivered (not your basket or your orders).
