Annex 1 to the Dona Streamer Services Agreement (public offer)

This Annex forms an integral part of the Agreement. It is amended separately: a new edition is published on the dona.uz website at least 30 (thirty) days before it takes effect and does not require re-acceptance of the Agreement (clause 10.3 of the Agreement).
1. Nature of the Promotional Support
1.1. For the purpose of developing the platform, the Operator may pay the Streamer a fee for the promotion service (hereinafter — the «Promotional Support»).
1.2. The Promotional Support is not a wage. It is paid for the advertising and promotion service referred to in section 2 of the Agreement (item 34 of Annex No. 2 to Decree No. PF-50). It does not create an employment relationship and does not give the Streamer a right to annual leave, temporary incapacity benefit or employment guarantees.
1.3. Broadcast hours are used as a unit of measurement of the volume of the service and do not change the legal nature of the payment.
1.4. This Annex does not give the Streamer a right to claim Promotional Support. Promotional Support is calculated only where the terms set in sections 2 and 3 of this Annex are met.
2. To whom it is paid
2.1. Promotional Support is paid only to a Streamer who meets all of the following conditions:
- a) the status is «approved» (not blocked, not suspended and not closed);
- b) registration in the Republic of Uzbekistan as a self-employed person has been confirmed (section 6 of the Agreement). No payment is made until registration has been confirmed;
- c) payment details have been indicated in the Dona app.
2.2. For a minor Streamer, the written consent of the legal representative is required.
3. How it is calculated
3.1. The calculation is based on the broadcast time taken into account and is reflected in the Streamer's account (balance) in the Dona app.
3.2. Broadcast time is not taken into account in the following cases, where the broadcast:
- is shorter than the established minimum duration;
- is a test broadcast;
- is a re-stream (repeat broadcast);
- has been cancelled on account of a violation.
3.3. When each broadcast ends, its outcome is recorded in the system and appears in the Streamer's report: taken into account · too short · cancelled · re-stream.
3.4. Promotional Support may take two forms:
- hourly — for each hour of the time taken into account
- tiered (bonus) — where the time taken into account within one day (Tashkent time) reaches an established threshold
3.5. The current amounts (layer 3 under the table in section 10 of the Agreement) are shown in the table below and in the Streamer's report in the Dona app.
This table is provided for information. A change in the current amounts is not a new edition of this Annex and the 30-day period does not apply to it (clause 10.4 of the Agreement). The amounts change for the future only and do not recalculate a sum already calculated.

4. When it is paid
4.1. Promotional Support is calculated once a broadcast has ended and is reflected in the Streamer's balance.
4.2. The minimum payment amount is 500,000 (five hundred thousand) UZS. Payment is made at the Streamer's request once the funds on the balance reach that amount. Payment is made within 10 (ten) banking days from the day the request is received.
4.3. The funds are not lost and do not expire. A balance of less than 500,000 UZS is a deferred payment and is not cancelled.
4.4. A balance of less than 500,000 UZS is paid in full in the following cases:
- a) where the Streamer terminates its participation or closes its account (clause 9.2 of the Agreement);
- b) where the Operator closes the Streamer's participation (clause 9.1 of the Agreement);
- c) where the Operator discontinues the Promotional Support (clause 5.1 of this Annex).
4.5. Bank charges are borne by the Streamer. The commission charged by the bank or payment system for the transfer is withheld from the sum payable. The withheld sum is shown in the report.
4.6. Tax is the Streamer's responsibility (clause 6.5 of the Agreement). Where legislation so requires, the Operator withholds tax at source and gives notice thereof (clause 6.8 of the Agreement).
5. Amendment and discontinuation
5.1. The Operator may amend the rules of this Annex for the future only, or discontinue the Promotional Support, observing the 30 (thirty) day period under clause 10.1 of the Agreement. That period does not apply to a change in the current amounts (clause 3.5).
5.2. Promotional Support already calculated is not cancelled, except in the cases provided for in clause 5.3 of this Annex.
5.3. Where a violation is detected (including a sham broadcast, the use of bots, or artificial inflation of the viewer count), the Operator may cancel the corresponding calculation.
