How to connect MoySklad to Dona: products and stock without retyping

If you already keep your stock in MoySklad, you do not need to create hundreds of listings on Dona by hand. The Dona seller cabinet has a MoySklad integration that pulls your catalogue and shows it to you for review before anything reaches your shop. Here is how to connect MoySklad to Dona, what comes across and what the integration never does.

What the MoySklad integration gives you#

MoySklad is an inventory and sales accounting system. Dona reads products, prices, stock and photos from it. Nothing lands in your shop on its own: the catalogue first goes into a separate review list, and only the products you approve appear on your storefront.

What comes across:

• Photos are copied from MoySklad.
• Price type. If MoySklad has several price types, you choose which one Dona reads.
• Folder. You can limit the import to one product folder instead of the whole catalogue.
• Archive. Archived products can be left behind.
• Stock arrives together with the catalogue.

How to connect MoySklad to Dona#

Only the shop owner manages integrations, because a connection holds access that can rewrite the whole catalogue.

1. Have your login and password ready. The same ones you use on online.moysklad.ru. You do not need to create anything in MoySklad first.
2. Check the user’s rights. MoySklad gives API access only to the account owner and to users with full administrator rights. A restricted staff login is refused, and the refusal looks exactly like a wrong password.
3. Prefer a token to a password if you like. Create an access token in MoySklad and paste it into the “API token” tab. Only tick “Create a new token” if you need to: a new token signs out other apps that use the same MoySklad login.
4. Press “Connect”. In the cabinet: seller.dona.uz → Integrations → MoySklad. Connecting imports nothing. It checks the access and detects which currency the account keeps prices in.

What happens after you connect#

Next you press “Refresh”. Dona reads the MoySklad catalogue into the review list and leaves your shop untouched.

Each row shows its state: new, changed, or already linked to one of your products. You can set aside what does not belong on Dona. Products reach your shop only when you press “Import”. Linked products then update on later refreshes, while new rows wait for you again. A product that disappears from MoySklad is never deleted from Dona automatically: it is flagged and you decide what to do.

Stock and sales on Dona#

Stock is the only part of an import that can change something you already have, so it is set up separately. Sending stock to MoySklad is off by default: Dona writes nothing to MoySklad. To turn it on, choose the organisation and warehouse on the integration page, press “Enable” and confirm. From then on, when an order is placed on Dona, the stock is written off from that warehouse; no money or customer data is sent. MoySklad limits how fast it answers. When it asks to slow down, the refresh waits and carries on by itself: nothing is lost and there is no need to press the button again.
