How to connect Smartup to Dona: a distributor catalogue goes online
How to bring products, prices and stock from Smartup ERP into your Dona shop: server address, integration login, branch and warehouse codes, review list.
If your company runs trade and stock in Smartup ERP, you can sell on Dona directly to shoppers without a second accounting system. The Dona seller cabinet has a Smartup integration. Here is what to ask your administrator for, what comes across and where it is easy to go wrong.
How the Smartup integration works#
Smartup is an ERP system installed on each company’s own server. So connecting needs your server address, not a shared website. Data flows from Smartup into Dona and lands first in a separate review list.
What comes across and what does not:
- Price type. Smartup has several price types, and you choose which one Dona reads.
- Stock arrives with the catalogue for the branch and warehouse you specify.
- Archive. Archived products can be left behind.
- No photos. Smartup does not store product photos, so you add them on Dona yourself.
- The whole catalogue comes. The import cannot be limited to one folder; you set aside extra items in the review list.
How to connect Smartup to Dona#
Smartup has no self-service page: your company’s ERP administrator gives you the integration details. On Dona, only the shop owner manages integrations.
- Get the server address. It looks like https://app.gw.greenwhite.uz/xtrade. Each company has its own, and the administrator knows it.
- Ask for a separate login and password for the integration. A dedicated user is better than a personal one: if someone changes their own password, your shop will not silently stop updating.
- Ask for the branch code and the warehouse code. Smartup keeps stock apart from the catalogue and will not return it until a branch and a warehouse are named.
- Enter the address, login and password and press “Connect”. In the cabinet: seller.dona.uz → Integrations → Smartup. Connecting imports nothing; it checks that the access works at that address. You enter the branch and warehouse codes on the integration page after connecting.
Double-check the codes. Smartup does not publish their list, so nothing can catch a wrong code in advance; it only shows up when the first refresh fails.

What happens after you connect#
When you press “Refresh”, Dona reads the Smartup catalogue into the review list. Your shop does not change at this step.
Each row shows its state: new, changed or already linked to your product. A distributor catalogue usually has many items that do not suit retail, and this is the place to set them aside. The rest moves to your shop with “Import”. Since photos do not come from Smartup, add them to each product after the import.
Linked products then update on later refreshes. A product that disappears from Smartup is not deleted from Dona automatically, it is flagged.
Smartup limits the number of requests per day for each company, and the limit is shared with your other Smartup integrations, so do not run refresh again and again. A product also needs an IKPU code to go on sale: Adding a product with an IKPU code.
